The heated pool offered stunning mountain views, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A perfect retreat for a family getaway!

However, the parking situation was quite frustrating. Returning at night meant circling the lot for a space, which dampened our evenings a bit.

The hot tubs were enjoyable, but frustratingly, only two out of six were working during our visit. We also faced a few inconveniences like not having hot water for a couple of hours one night, which was bothersome. The maintenance staff was prompt in handling issues, so that was a plus. Staff friendliness varied. some were welcoming, while others seemed overwhelmed. Parking was decent, but the garage can get quite full in the evenings. I'd recommend checking the hot tub availability before your stay. While the location was prime for skiing, dining options nearby were limited, and service at local restaurants often fell short.
